Refund & Returns Policy
Summary
Our refund and replacement service lasts thirty (30) days. We cannot provide a complete refund or exchange if your transaction was made more than 30 days ago.
To be acceptable as a return, the product must be unused and in the same form as when you received it. It additionally needs to be in the packaging that it came in.
A few kinds of products are banned from being returned. Perishable products, including flowers, magazines, food, and newspapers, cannot be replaced. Furthermore, we are against items that are personal or hygienic usage. Non-returnable items include gift cards and other health and personal care products.
For a smooth return experience, please provide your original receipt or another purchase confirmation.
Please do not forward your order to the manufacturer.
* In certain instances, refunds may only be granted partially.
* Items that are broken or missing parts due to factors other than our error.
* Items returned after 30 days of delivery.
The refund
After receiving and verifying your give-back item, we will email you to inform you that it has been received. We will also notify you about the status of your refund, whether it is approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, it will be finalized within an exact period, and the refund balance will be issued automatically to your payment method or credit card.
Refunds that are late or never arrive
First, ensure you have received your return by rechecking your bank account.
After requesting a refund, make sure to contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
It’s best to follow up with your bank directly for the refund. Processing can take some time.

Exchange Procedure for Faulty/Broken Items
If you want to exchange your purchased item for the same product, you can send it to our Office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Once we receive your item, please send us an email at info@destudiohome.com so we can proceed with the exchange.
Gift returns and refunds are not refunds for sale products
If you received a gift that was bought and tagged as a gift on our website, you will receive gift credit for your return. Once we confirm the returned product, you will receive the equivalent value of the gift credit as a refund to your account. If the gift was not marked as a gift or if the order was shipped to someone else who later gave it to you, we will refund the gift giver and inform them of your return.
Return shipping
To return your item, mail it to our office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
When you decide to return a product, please keep in mind that you will need to cover the cost of shipping yourself. Unfortunately, the transport fee is non-refundable. Additionally, if you are eligible for a refund, the fee for return shipping will be deducted from it. Please note that the time it takes for your replacement products to arrive may vary depending on your location.
If you’re returning more expensive items, we recommend that you consider getting shipping insurance or using a trackable delivery service. This will help ensure that the return process goes smoothly and that your items are returned safely. However, we cannot promise that we will receive the item you return.
