Yes, we do delivery all over UAE.  For other countries, we will try our best. Please let us have your complete shipping address.

The shipment will be returned to our courier partners and affiliates’ nearest facility, a call will be given again next day for the delivery.

For UAE, around 2-3 days. For international orders, it depends on the address.

It will take around 3-5 working days for the parcel to arrive back with us and the return/refund will be done within 7-14 working days. Generally, it will take 2 – 3 weeks for the refund to appear on your bank account. Please contact us if you have further questions to your refund status.
