Currently Delivering Within the UAE
Currently, DeStudioHome is focused on delivering amazing products to our customers in the United Arab Emirates. This means we can’t accept orders for addresses outside the UAE or assure swift delivery times to remote areas within the country. This allows us to ensure the smoothest possible delivery experience for our valued clients.

The most important part of these terms and conditions is the DeStudioHome Account customer service Terms & Conditions. These terms and conditions will take priority over the DeStudioHome Account Service terms and conditions in the event of any discrepancy or conflict. It would be best to keep your account password secure because you are only accountable for any action in your user account.
You are committed to alerting DeStudioHome right away to any security lapse or unauthorized use of your account as a user. Any losses that result from illegal access to or use of your account will not be our responsibility.
Charge and payment
Even in the case of obvious error, the pricing of the Products will be as always published on Our Website. The current rate of VAT is included in the product prices. Delivery costs are provided individually on Our Website and are not included in the price quoted for Products on our site.
Product costs and shipping expenses are open to change at any time, but they won’t impact orders for which you have already received a dispatch confirmation from us.
With our best efforts, it is always possible that some of the products displayed on our website are not accurately priced, given the volume of products that we have on offer. In case a product’s true price is less than what we have stated, we will typically verify prices as part of our dispatch processes and charge you the lesser amount. In most cases, we will reject your purchase and let you know that it is being rejected if the correct price of a product is more than the price listed on our website. Alternatively, we may contact you for instructions before sending out the product.
We are not required to give you the Products at the incorrect (lower) price if the pricing error is clear, unchangeable, and could have been reasonably recognized by you as such.
You can only pay with a credit or debit card for all products. Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as debit cards are accepted forms of payment. You won’t be charged your credit or debit card until soon after you place your order.
You are required to keep a copy of the policies, rules, and transaction records that We offer.
Distribution Policy
Only authorized shipping addresses inside the United Arab Emirates will receive product deliveries from DeStudioHome. Al Sila, Al Ghuwaifat, Al Batha, Das Island, and Delma Island are not included. For your order to be delivered, an authentic photo identification is required. Our postal partner will deliver every order.
When you place your order, DeStudioHome will deliver the products you buy to the United Arab Emirates delivery address you select. Once the items are delivered to the shipping address you indicated in your order and payment for the relevant Product is received, the title to any Products you have ordered will pass to you. Once the Products are sent to the delivery address you chose in your order, you assume all risk of loss, theft, or damage to them, unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.
Please email DeStudioHome at info@deStudioHome.com if your order fails to arrive by the scheduled delivery date indicated in the shipment verification email.
If you choose not to accept the delivery of any products you ordered, you will still be responsible for any theft, loss, or damage that may occur, unless you decline due to obvious carrier damages or for any of the reasons specified in the Returns Policy section below.
Without limiting Our other rights or remedies, We will have the right to full the payment for the products shipped to your delivery address, including any applicable fees for installation and shipping costs; DeStudioHome may use any suitable method to effect delivery; and You shall be responsible for any additional expenses paid for as the result of such a decline or failure to accept delivery.
Returns Policy
You have fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery to return any product, in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law, provided that the product is undamaged and sealed, along with any original packaging, accessories, free items, and other elements or parts that came with it when it was delivered.
If a product is returned, the serial number of the original purchase remains the same.
Refund claims submitted beyond the fourteen (14) day window will not be honored, subject to applicable law. This provision is applicable without any other condition or term in these terms and conditions.
Products can be returned by emailing info@destudiohome.com. You must provide your original receipt and an authorized photo ID to return your product.
To claim a return
When you return the product, you need to submit an email to info@deStudioHome.com with pictures that prove it is still intact. If such proof is not provided, you acknowledge that the product will be returned to you and the refund will not be handled if it is not in a proper state when it gets to DeStudioHome.
Refunds for credit or debit card purchases will be issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. The time it takes for it to appear in your account may vary according to your bank.
We will not issue cash refunds.
If you receive a damaged or defective product upon delivery, you can request a return
Your product is going to have a diagnostic test upon return to DeStudioHome to determine whether it is faulty.
In cases where the product is found to be intact upon inspection (matching the details you provided in your return request), the product will be returned to you. Unfortunately, a refund won’t be issued in this scenario.

If the product’s outer carton displays any indications of damage (such as rips, tears, stains, etc.), tampering (such as opening the product, breaking seals, retaping, etc.), or misuse, kindly note this on the waybill and decline delivery. DeStudioHome disclaims all liability for any damage, tampering, or misuse that goes unnoticed after the product’s delivery has been granted.
Please email info@deStudioHome.com within seven (7) days after delivery if your product looks to be broken, malfunctioning, or “dead on arrival.” DeStudioHome will help you run a diagnostics check.
If you discover any suspected freight damage after accepting the product delivery, you can only get your claim granted if you report the damage within three (3) days of delivery and the package remains in its original “ship to” position. Kindly ensure that the product comes with its original delivery box, packing materials, and all parts.
If the inspection is not carried out or your product is not collected within five (5) business days after you first contact DeStudioHome, kindly send an email to info@deStudioHome.com to notify them.
According to applicable local law, you will receive a complete refund of the price you paid for the product, including any taxes paid, if you abide by the provisions of this return policy.
Clause of Free Gift
Once a customer opens or uses a gift item, it becomes ineligible for return.
Items That Are Not Exchangeable
Items related to beauty products, perfume, make-up, haircare, books, hats, socks, underwear, jewelry, and smoking accessories are not returnable.
